Join the Own the Podium 2010 Municipalities' Challenge
The Challenge is an exciting fundraising initiative engaging communities across the country to provide critical funding support for Own the Podium 2010. Canadian winter athletes proved on the international sport circuit this past winter that they are ready to shine in 2010. They are working harder than ever to prepare for the intensity and pressure they will face next February and they need our help.
About the Challenge
The Own the Podium 2010 Municipalities' Challenge allows you and your town to compete to raise the most funds per capita. It's fun, it's easy, it requires no real computer talents, and it essentially costs nothing. Get started in a few simple steps to create your own fundraising page and start supporting our dedicated athletes. For each online donation, a Thank You letter and Tax Receipt are sent straight to your e-mail.
Community Benefits and Great Prizes
Cheer loud and proud! Canadians in every municipality across the country can celebrate our athletes' success in 2010 – success that they helped make happen. By getting involved, you and your community can showcase its own role in supporting athletes and sports and even feature and profile local athletes.
