I am the Chief Executive Officer at IGLOO Inc. I have been working in the technology sector for past 18 years, working with such industry leading organizations such as MKS, Delrina and Open Text Corporation. My passion is the web and how it can be used as a business tool to connect people, information and knowledge.

Having spent the better part of the last 10 years building web applications, Khalid has developed an appreciation for that “last mile” to the end user: the User Interface and the User Experience. By trade, Khalid breathes and drinks code but by passion he sketches UI concepts and contemplates what drives teams to succeed. Khalid currently leads the application development team at IGLOO Software, focusing on user-friendly interactive application development. He also holds a piece of paper claiming he’s a computer and communication engineer.

Jill has been in the technology sector for the past 4 1/2 years. Having graduated from University of Waterloo with an Arts & Business Honours, Drama Honours degree, she feels like she has the heart of a nerd, and the brain of an artsy. This makes for a great fit with IGLOO. During the day, Jill works to ensure that IGLOO is becoming the premier social networking solution for many different sectors and verticals. For fun, she enjoys dancing, singing (yes, this includes karaoke), acting in community theatre, reading (there needs to be some time for relaxation!) and volunteering at the Humane Society. Animals help us to learn compassion, patience and unwavering loyalty.

Ivan Chevelev is a Web Application Developer and has been a part of the IGLOO project since its infant stages. He has over seven years of experience in the field of Web Design/Development specializing in areas such as back-end integration, interface development, and inter-browser compatibility. He has moved to Canada from Russia at the age of 15 and has settled down in Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario.

David heads up our technical platform teams. A technology and start-up veteran, David brings over 12 years technical and management experience in the software development field. Before joining the company, he was one of the early employees at Delano Technology Corporation, a leading provider of e-business solutions, and also worked for Sxip Identity Corp. a leader in internet-scale identity and access management.

Fresh from University, Ahmad began working at the technical branch (IGLOO) of a not-for-profit organization (CIGI) for a year. With the success of igloo, it emerged as a for-profit entity called IGLOO Inc, where he is currently handling professional services.

I have been with the ATP for over 10 years as the Head of IT. For the past 4 years I have been in a duel role as the joint Head of IT for the ATP & WTA. Today I run the Shared Services IT Department for the ATP & WTA Tour.My area of focus at the ATP has been on growing our web operations including the development of our live scoring application, playerzone and various intranets. Other responsibilities include providing IT support for our global staff, conducting research and managing the day to day operations of the IT department. Prior to working for the ATP, I was a Principle Consultant for Modis and SCB Computer Technology where I lead their management consulting practices providing services to the Fortune 500 and Governments. My focus was in change management, organizational effectiveness, large IT system integration projects and corporate takeovers and acquisitions.I live in St. Johns, Florida and I am married to my wife Cheryl. We have three children, Michael 23, Sarah 17 and Christine 15.

Monish joined IGLOO after leaving Lilac, a social discussion site he co-founded. Prior to that he worked at Microsoft, Bell, Honeywell and Messier-Dowty. He enjoys reading, learning new things, music and tennis. He is very inquisitive.

Gerard has worked in the International Development Sector for the past 25 years. His work has taken him to live and work in many countries in The Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia. Gerard provides guidance and leadership to organizations in the design and implementation of collaboration, Information Communications Technology (ICT), and Knowledge Management (KM) systems, using Social Media tools and methodologies. Gerard provides Editor and consulting services for IGLOO's Social Media Playbook as well as is the Director of Technology at Digital Opportunity Trust (DOT).

I am an entrepreneur with a background in finance and have spent years learning how to communicate and build relationships with people. I teach other entrepreneurs how to comfortably and effectively network and build word of mouth advertising all while maintaining a high level of integrity. My goal is to help businesses connect and communicate to build effective partnerships and share knowledge to help each other grow.
